Hair Master is a leading barbershop in Heald Green, Cheadle that is well known in the North West for its attention to detail and modern, stylish cuts.
Brand33 were contacted by Hair Master and asked to create a website for them that would show off their work and allow customers to book appointment slots and pre-pay online. Previously, Hair Master could only take cash payments and they found that many of their pre-booked appointments were being cancelled or customers would not turn up, leaving their team without work for that period.
Brand33’s photography team stayed on-site for a full working day to take photos to be used on the website. Brand33 then worked closely with a leading payment services provider to build a card payment gateway which was deployed on site. Customers can now pre-book their appointments which has reduced cancellations and has secured more reliable income for Hair Master.
